When I first started looking at mobility aids frankly it was daunting. There are a ton of them out there. Its a fascinating market stocked with all sorts of offerings at all sorts of prices. We have some real suppliers whose intent is customer satisfaction the same as my own - but there are others who are using mobility aids as 'lick-on stick-on' products with no interest in the user - just laundering their money. I hope when you review my site you will get a gist of what I offer and who 'Mobility Aids NZ' is and the committed purpose we aspire to.
As much as I love NZ the overall market size sadly precludes trying to make a product here. The variations in demand and design let alone end applications means it would be custom builds at huge prices. That's not my intent. I want the best option for my clients at a pleasing price point. Please - have a look at my products. They are pretty good I reckon. My intent is to get a range of products together to cater to most folks in need of a mobility device. I want these products to represent excellent value to you not just in pricing but in specification and a level of quality commensurate to your expectations.
So. Here we are.
My products are made by professional medical supply companies primarily out of Asia. All carry their manufacturers accreditation's not least of which are export approvals to EEC and US let alone little ole me down here in Gods Own! Accordingly I give you a 1 year RTB (that's Return to Base) warranty as a minimum. I also welcome pre-purchase inspection AND have feedback available on my stuff that makes me blush.
